I do blogging on both WordPress.com ad on Blogger.com. I find WordPress
more accessible, both using a PC or using an IOS device. The wordPress app
is very accessible and feature rich. The Blogger app app is also
accessible, but not as rich with features.

It's been a while since I have done much blogging, but when I set up my
blog, I went with wordpress.com. It was accessible at the time, and I
liked the clean results when someone went to view a wordpress.com blog.
There's also a wordpress app that seems accessible and gets pretty good
