Hi, I have a Plantronics Voyager Legend headset. I'm guessing all Plantronics, and maybe all headsets, have a common approach to this issue, but perhaps not.
The earcup that comes on the device is a medium. It's too big for a comfortable fit. A larger and smaller earcup came with the product, and it appears, feels as if it's just a pull off the big one and push on the smaller one. But, I can't seem to just pull off the original. Before I really crank on the thing, I thought I'd ask to see if there might be a trick or action to release the one in place. Any ideas will be appreciated...and tried! Thanks.
