Hi Sandy, In order to edit, you need first to position the cursor. Double tap in the edit field (towards the right-hand side of the phone) and you should hear either "Top of text" or "Bottom of text". If you hear "bottom ..." then tap again twice in that area till you hear Top". You need to have your rotor settings to read character, word or line. I generally find "word" the most useful.
You now need to move, say, by word to check your text. Still in the same edit area, you need to flick down once for each word and up to go back through the text. If you are reading by letter, you need to read till you have heard the wrong letter, then you can tap the del to remove that letter and then insert the one you want. That's simplified the editing to correcting a letter. If you want to correct a word then read (with rotor set to words) till you reach the word to be corrected, then you change to the "letter by letter" setting of the rotor to correct. This can get a lot more complicated and introduce selecting text, but let's see where you want to go once you've mastered the beginning techniques. You can write me privately if you'd like me to take you further. Remember also, it is useful to dictate by sentence or phrase and then you can always shake the phone if you find that you have made a mistake in that phrase and it will remove the last one. cursor.
