I just went to the Apple web site. After choosing your country, on the next page, there is,below the iPhone 5 advertisement, is a link that supposedly allows you to watch the Keynote either online or from Apple TV. The event begins at 10:00 AM, PDT, or for us on the East coast, at 1:00 PM.
