Hi, Do you have Weather Radio or Storm Shield installed? Those apps track your location regularly by default to try to give you the most relevant weather warnings. If not, go to Settings/Privacy and choose Location Services. YOu'll find a list of all the apps that are using Location Services and be told which have checked your location recently.
