Hi all, I'm trying to turn off the restriction that says: "Require a password for purchases." However, this button and all other buttons for some reason are dimmed. How come? There was something that said enable restrictions. I double tapped on this button and I had to put a passcode in. Do I have to do this before I can change restrictions?
