Jenifer, while reading a book, open the Kindle for iOS App menu with a one-finger double-tap. Near the end of the list of options is information about the page number you ar on as well as an indicator showing the percentage of the book you have read so far. The "go to" option will allow you to go to the book's cover, table of contents, beginning, page number, an absolute digital location.
