I guess the question is not so much which is the most accessible spreadsheet because to my knowledge you have only 3 choices: Pages, Pages or Pages. Having said this, Pages does have some accessibility, I played around with it a bit, but I found it way too tedious to be very productive with it, it's not anywhere close to what I can do and how fast I can do it with Excel on the computer.
