Interesting how updates show up in the app store at different times. I had a few updates last night, but the Skype update showed up for me only this morning. Anyhow, switching to speakerphone seems to be the same as in the previous version which is where it was simplified. I just started a call and right above the End Call button which is at the very bottom right above the home key, are 4 buttons and from left to right they are: Earpiece, Mute, DialPad, Show Options Simply double tap on Earpiece and the call will instantly go to Speakerphone. The Earpiece button will now change into a Speakerphone button so in other words, it will always be named according to what is currently selected/active. When I connected my Apple Earpods, the button was called Headset instead of Earpiece and when I used my Bluetooth headset it was called Bluetooth Headset. One thing you can't seem to do any more is to switch from Bluetooth Headset to the Earpiece since the button seems to toggle only between Bluetooth Headset and Speakerphone so I guess one has to turn off the Bluetooth headset and let the call revert to earpiece that way which it will do nicely. Apart from that the most recent update from yesterday/today depending on where you are seems to work nicely, there seem to be no accessibility issues and in fact in the What's New section of the update "Accessibility improvements to video messaging" were mentioned.
