That must have been a hard thing to swallow for him. *smile* But in all seriousness, I'm happy that you're finding TapTapSee to be more and more useful with every day. The laundry use of the app as a color sorting tool you mentioned is a good use case that we'll have to take a look into. We'll have to see why the identifications don't come back to you with the proper tags. However, as you mentioned, the lighting of the facility may be part of the reason for the inconsistent results.
