Hi, I realized that Netatmo did all of that but I was just trying to give those of us unable to purchase such a device a means of doing more with our own weather info.
I sure wish I could afford a Netatmo. It sounds very nice. thanks. However, I did want to point out that the Netatmo Weather Station provides a lot of information about your indoor and outdoor conditions which you can't get with an app without hardware. Temperature, humidity, CO2 level, air pressure etc. are all examples of values which can only be "measured" and not calculated. Wow, there are several apps that will do the estimated dew point calculation and other calculations as well. for anyone interested but can't afford the weather station take a look. these might give you some things to consider.
