Alright, open Tap Tap See. Flick right with 1 finger to get to "Library" Double tap with 1 finger. You'll hear, "camera roll" Doubletap with 1 finger.Flick up or down to view the pictures if any in your camera roll. Double tap the one you want to be described to you. It's no different then pointing your phone and taking a picture.
