Hi Robert, Has anything changed like are you using iTunes on a new computer? Normally you only get this message if you have not before done a sync of music and videos between that particular installation of iTunes and that particular phone. Another possibility is maybe that you accidently checked not to sync any music where before you had checked to sync all or sync selected music. I am just speculating.
