It's not there for me- I even launched the app to see if that would cause it to show up, but IT'S still not there. Should it be there regardless of whether location services were turned on during installing or licensing or whatever?
I have a iPhone4, does that explain the difference in what you are seeing and what is available on my phone? Under a different path- General/Restrictions/Privacy- location services is 'dimmed'- but don't exactly know what that really means. Under the location path you mentioned, I wonder if All Access, Camera, Photos, and Red Laser really require location services?
