I understand what you mean, I downloaded it also and have never successfully used it, seldom have sighted help and once I figured out that it was pretty much necessary I took the app off my phone, it still resides on my computer since I paid for it but, I don't intend messing with it any longer.

No, I hardly ever use this app. In fact, I regret the purchase. One weekend, when I first acquired the app, I had sighted assistance in beginning to build a library. We couldn't figure out how to have the app recognize similar items. For example, flavors of the same brand of yogurt. It also didn't seem possible to have the app recognize the different kCups. :) I guess after the first weekend I kind of gave up on the app and fairly quickly alternative apps came out, which I found easier to set up & use. If anyone has helpful tips & guidance on how to use the app better, maybe I wouldn't regret the purchase.
