Sorry about that. iOS 7 on iPhone 4S is ridiculously slow, and I would rather not do a podcast where I have speed issues. That said, do not upgrade to iOS 7 when it is released unless you have an iPhone 5 and above, or you can put up with really horrible lag issues.
