Hi Shaf, Yes, it's possible that the Seeing Eye server is down, since I'm also getting an unknown error. I had problems connecting back on the evening of the first day I registered the app, after using this during the day (some days ago), but everything sorted the next morning, and I haven't had connection problems until now. I'm getting the same "unknown error" message when I launch the app.
