This problem does not put me between a rock and a hard place, but it is
rather perplexing.
I had hoped to find a program for my iPhone 4 which would allow me to
dictate text or email messages and to call persons in my contacts. I
tried Dragon dictate and struck out, after which I checked Apple Vis and
found that the more recent versions of the program had become inaccessible.
I then tried what I think is the current incarnation of Vokul, only to
find that voice over goes silent and remains silent when I attempt to
use one of the available voice commands. Voice over returns when I exit
Vokul. This may well be operator error as admittedly I am quite new to
this app.
The question thus becomes can anyone suggest an app which will work
reliably for the above stated purposes? Thanks for ideas.
