If you do not find a back button, try the scrub method. That is placing two fingers close together on the screen and quickly rubbing up and down up and down. That takes you back, most times whether or not there is a back button.

Then you could set up to receive new posts from that group as push notifications on your phone. A few months ago they broke the ability to put friends into different groups so as long as they fixed that then I imagine it will still work. I'm going to try it out myself.
