I am, and yes, I find the ads to be extremely annoying. There is supposed to be a means of buying out of them via in-app purchase, but that too doesn't seem to be accessible. It's a fun little game, but I'd like to take advantage of its finer points, ya know?
Havent tried contacting the dev yet, but that's going to be my next stop.
