I googled the CarTunes player just to see what it was, and one of the first
links on the results page was a YouTube video showing how to use it.
Apparently you have to do all the gestures on the album graphics, but how we
would find that is unclear.

I got the cartunes program and still trying to figure out how you navigate
the thing with vo. I did change appearance to country which seemed to
help, but once I selected a title and played it, there seemed to be no way
to get back to the songs screen.
Is it just not very accessible or am I missing something?
