Hi Jim, IBGStar is usable by VoiceOver users, but does have some issues. When you do a test, you cannot see anything on the score card when using voiceOver. YOU have to tap on the Data tab, on the logbook. You then have to find the current date and flick through "find your current reading.
It does work and isn't as hard to do as it looks when written out. It could be quite easily improved though.
