Hi Joanne and Brent,

There is a BlueAnt T2 model with a different ear hook design. This is the
successor to the T1, is designed for high wind noise conditions and
"ruggedized", and most reviews I've read by people who have used the Q2 rate
this below their experience with the Q2, especially in wearing comfort. I've
only tried the BlueAnt Q1, which uses the same ear hook design as the Q2 and
Q3, and found that more comfortable (for me) than the Jawbone (older Icon
model). I think the Jawbone models get longer talk times, though.

Sorry I can't help with ear hook replacement suggestions. The BlueAnt web site
has pretty extensive manuals, though, so if you get sighted help with reading
through the user guides, you may be able to get this back in working order.

HTH. Cheers,

Esther,
