Hi Lynn, First congratulations on your new toy. I have the Bose Sound Dock 10 and absolutely love it. It has a really great dynamic range and the music comes out realistic. I also have the Bose head phones that are made for portable players like the iPhone. I also own an older iPod Nano fifth generation which has a built in FM radio. The Bose head phones come with both a long and a short cable. The long cable is a great antenna for the radio. Enjoy the music.

I'm in love with those two. I could've bought something cheaper but again, if it doesn't sound good, I can't listen to it.
