Hi, Yes; to enable vo, do the following:
1: Connect the apple tv to your tv using a HDMI cable. 2: Change the input on your tv to the correct one; this varies per model of tv. 3: plug your apple tv in to power and wait. 4: After just over a minute, you should hear voiceover telling you to press the play button 3 times to enable it. 5: The play button is the bottom right button on your remote. Press it in the same way that you perform the tripple click home gesture on an iDevice. It took me many attempts to do it correctly so stick with it. 6: Once enabled, you can continue setting up the Apple TV. Cheers, Ben.
