In the book I just finished reading, when the menu is visible, I touched the lower right-hand corner of the screen and would hear something like: 31 percent, page 122 location 1025. Since my wife had the hard back of the same book I found out that the page number was the same in the Kindle and the hard back. This was the first book I had purchased for the Kindle app.
