I'm assuming either someone accidentally sent something to the list or
someone's system/email account was compromised. In cases like this, I
suggest just hitting the delete key and moving on. My experience is that
when you try to make sense of a post like this, you're just going to
senselessly add to list traffic. Another option would be to contact the
person off line to let them know their post to the list didn't make any
sense.
