Hi, My friends IPhone 4s asks for a password to be put in every time the phone is unlocked, turned on, or you go into change something in settings, can this be turned off? I went into where you would normally turn passwords off in settings/general,passcode lock, but the button to disable the passwords is dimmed, am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards. Jim.
