Thanks to all the people who told me how to do this, per your request, here is the procedure for recording a call using List Recorder. First open List Recorder. Then hit the home key to close it. This will put List Recorder in your app switcher. Now make your phone call. Have your phone on speaker phone. Once you call is made go into your app switcher and open List Recorder again. Then find the record button and press it. A little guitar strum will play, and then you can start your recording. Once you finish the call stop the recording there will be a stop button. You need to have your phone on speaker because List Recorder will not record if your phone is not an speaker your voice will be recorded live and the other persons voice will come through the speaker. It does work. It takes some practice to do it, but it really can be done.
