I have not been able to find a suitable replacement for a web browser and the computer. I haven't heard of another app that will do the trick but once it's all set up its easy to publish posts from the app. Which is what I ended up doing. I filled everything out online and now just use the app to post updates. I hope there is a better answer than mine out there.
