POP will not sync your various folders. It just downloads messages in
your in box to your email client. If you save a message on your iPhone
you should see it in your iPhone's drafts folder, and if you save it on
your PC you should see it in your PC's drafts folder. I'm not sure why
you're not seeing the messages you've saved on your iPhone on your
iPhone though.

otherwise specified to go elsewhere by message rules, i.e. filters and labels
