I have one called yoga which has a feature where you can get the poses in text format. Also try LogaWithTaniaLite. This one has pretty clear verbal instructions. The caveat to that is some people's descriptions of exercises can leave a little to the imagination. Its probably one of the most difficult things to do affectively. Brian
