I don't understand your question. You can't get an unlocked iPhone from
AT&T. You can get an iPhone from AT&T and then if you meet the
requirements at
http://www.att.com/esupport/article.jsp?sid=KB414532&cv=820#fbid=H2uRSowSDLI
you can request an unlock code from AT&T to unlock your iPhone. If you
want to get an unlocked iPhone that you can use on AT&T's network then
you could get that directly from Apple, and I assume many other places
as well.
