Recently my Aftershokz Bluez lost audio on the right side. I called customer support, and they Emailed me a prepaid return address label. I sent them off, and within a week, received a new set. I am again a happy Aftershokz user. I did learn however that they are fragile, and you need to make sure that they are not in a purse or pack filled with heavy objects that will press on them.
