Yep, my BT battery indicator on my 4s indicates 88% after a charge and it 
hangs there for hours. this may be an iPhone issue as I've had similar 
issues with other Bluetooth headsets like my Plantronics 903+ which shows 
up at around 69% when freshly charged.
