Use Safari or any other browser on your pc, Mac or phone to order Kindle books off of Amazon's website. You register the Kindle app on your phone using your amazon account credentials. Then when you go to buy books on the website, it will offer you a choice of where to send the book by default, with the choices being limited to those devices or apps you have installed. So if the iPhone is the only kindle app you have registerred, then it will be the only choice, and all your books ought to go there by default. I have more than one, so I have a combo box that I use to pick the device to which I want the book sent by default.
