I assume they're talking about this podcast
http://serotalk.com/2013/07/24/serotalk-podcast-162-citation-needed/
which I found with Google. The interview with the Solara developer is a
little bit into the podcast.
I also noticed that if you go to the entry for Solara on AppleVis.com,
the developer participates in the comments. It's pretty interesting
reading, and it's obvious he's committed to accessibility and taking
suggestions.
BTW, I corrected the misspelling in the subject.

Hi all, I heard a podcast on this game with an interview of the
developer. They are very responsive to making the game accessible for
voice over users, so maybe if you contact them they would be able to
fulfill your requests. Good luck tests and all of us. I love the game,
God bless, wren

think you should be able to keep playing the game even if you're not
too efficient with building things. It may mean it just takes a bit
longer to collect food and gold.

message. This is just my strategy, It seems to be working, but I have
quite a few more levels to go.
