Hello Gerardo, I use the Assistive Touch all the time. When you first activate it, it puts it on the left hand side of the home screen above the half way point. To a sighted person, it has the appearance of being a transparent icon, yet visible. I will drag the Assistive Touch icon to a more convenient place such as below the earpiece, or you could drag it to the area right above the start button.
