Just posted to let you know same problem here. I was an early adopter of
the iPhone 5. I noticed I couldn't stream music without it halting every
5-10 seconds. Unless I was running Pandora on low quality, I couldn't
stream music without it halting every few minutes. I chalked it up to a
defective iPhone 5. After almost a year, I dropped that iPhone 5 and
recently got a replacement iPhone 5 (AppleCare+). Guess what? The new one
has the same problem - even worse. I download apps from the Apple Store
about 6x slower than 3G and 20x slower than LTE. Wonder how much Verizon
paid Apple to nerf WiFi bandwidth to make people use more data.

Next phone I get is an Android. My iPhone 4s was the most reliable phone
I've ever had. Sad that as time goes on, things get crappier. Old age I
guess?
