There's a game called Mixed word by a company named Sporcle.
It's fully accessible, at least their WordLadder game is, and you can play
with a timer or without.
There are free games you can do, 10 to start off with, and a free one daily,
and then there is an in-app purchase for other games they have.
I don't have the link off-hand, but doing a search for sporcle in the app
store will yield many results, of which there are three accessible games.
The first is WordLadder, Missing Word, and Mixed Word. The last one is the
one you want.
These three games are fully accessible with Voiceover, and about 90% of the
buttons are labeled correctly.
Others are labeled weirdly, but one is able to decipher what the button does
from it's label.
In any case, make sure you spell Sporcle with a C, and not a K.
Spelling it with a K gets you only 2 results, none of which are the one you
want. If you'd like to learn a bit about Mixed Word, look in the archives

exactly the same game play screens.
