I am not using this right now, but AppleVis had info on "diabetes app" and it tracks a lot of stuff. I looked at it, put it on my husband's phone trying to encourage him to use it but because I am the one suggesting it he has not, but it should track most of what our doctor needs to know, weight, blood sugar, water intake and much more. Since he had necrosis of the pancreas four years ago he has been a brittle diabetic with multiple other problems, getting him to chart things or even track them on his own spreadsheet as well as taking meds and insulin properly has been a real struggle. I was hoping this app would help, however, so far it has not for him.
