It depends on what the subject of the podcast is. Certainly, you can promote things on related lists usually, but you may wan to produce something and then search around for a place to post it that is on topic with your podcast. Remember, though, that when you ask someone else to host your podcast on their server, they may reject it or they may already have a podcast covering the content that you have, so they may not accept it for that reason. You may also wish to check the site you wish to submit to for any guidelines besubmiting, and even before recording, to be sure that whatever you are recording meets their standards.
