If you're talking about backing up voicemails from your phone to your computer, 
iBackup Bot should do the trick. The good thing about this program is that your 
iPhone does not need to be jailbroken. A Google search should give you more 
information on this program.

You will need a media player that can play files with the amr extension. VLC 
Media Player should do the trick, and I believe that Media Player Classic will 
work as well.
