If you put in your Dropbox user name and password, it should show up
immediately, mine did.

Yes, I was able to increase my storage by 1GB to 4GB. I don't think
the wording indicates syncing to Dropbox, but if you go into DropBox
Settings, you will find an option once Mailbox is set up to give Mailbox
access to all of your mail. Once I did that, and I checked storage, I saw
the increase.
