Yes, you can. It involves using a program called IBackup Bot. There's probably a lot of programs out there that will do this, but iBackup Bot is the one that I have experience with. There is a seven day trial version available, and after that I think it costs around 20 or $30. I believe the trial version is fully functional, however. Using it, I was able to get my voicemails off of my iPhone and onto my computer. Be warned, however, that the files are in the .amr format, and you will need a media player such as VLC Media Player, or a player with a plugin which can support this format to play them.
