Are you talking about the native clients on the iPhone? Are you
specifically looking for keyboard shortcuts to use with a bluetooth
keyboard?
Personally, I use a combination of the bluetooth keyboard and touch
screen gestures to work with apps like the email app. The reply button
is right above the home key. I would suppose another way to get to the
reply button would be to use the end of page keyboard shortcut and then
left arrow just a few times to get to the reply button.
