Hi Rebecca, it should be command key 1 and command key four plus router key 1 and router key 24. The trick is, either the command keys or the router keys have to be held down first… Let me see… Uh, on mine it's the router keys that have to go first.
So, hold down r1 and r24, and while they are down, hold c1 and c4 until you hear the three rising tones. If you do this while the display is ready the basic menu will come up and you will need to do it a second time to get the advanced menu. If you do this just after power on with the basic menu already showing then the advanced menu will come up on the first press. Hope this helps.
