Is this true? I wasn't aware that Apple used public betas for ISO. It
was my understanding that IOS betas were private, you needed to buy a
developers license to get it and you were covered under an NDA.
I found it hard to find anything definitive with Google, since there's
so much information out there on IOS 7, but it does appear to be that
you have to be a developer to legally get access to an IOS 7 beta.

And based on the fact that the beta is available to the general public,
everyone is talking about it anyway? JMO

Hi,
I’d like to think that that falls under an NDA, which means it’s
illegal to disclose that info in that form until the release has been
made public.
Would a list moderator please clarify this for me? I take the
premature posting of things like this to public lists/forums extremely
seriously.

HI All,
Earlier today I came across the following podcast demo from the Cool
Blind
Tech website. Looks like IOS 7 has some cool new accessibility
features for
us. The presenter Shawn is one of the most technically skilled people
I've
come across in the blind population of computer users. He also
produced an
amazing podcast where he assembles a computer from scratch. I was
glued to
the podcast as he placed a high-end I7 processor on a motherboard slot
without sighted help. For those who don't know, a computer processor has
over 100 if not hundreds of pins the thickness of a human hair, and
each of
these micro pins must fit in the processor slot without bending even the
slightest bit. This guy did it with eas!
Here is the IOS 7 info...
iOS 7 Beta Accessibility - CBT 51
In this Episode Shaun previews iOS 7 Beta. Coming this fall, Apple's
iOS 7
started with a desire to take an experience people love and make it
better.
To make it even simpler, more useful, and more enjoyable - but still
feel
instantly familiar. The design of iOS 7 is beautiful because it's all of
those things. And it's the start of a new chapter for iOS.
