I am asking for helpwith this issue. I have been able to establish a tone (telegraph) for incoming e mails on my Iphone 4s when my e mail folder is open. However, I have been unable to establish a tone for incoming emails when the folder is closed, and I am on the desktop.
Frankly, I have Applecare, and I called yesterday. Ninety percent of the time they are great. But the guy I had yesterday didn't know what he was doing. I don't think he understood voiceover.
