Once a week? Really? People can't remember simple rules for longer than seven days? Some lists have the rules reminder sent out once a month, but every week? That seems a bit exessive to me. Would it make more sence for people to take responsibility for their own actions and just learn the rules and stick to them? After all, there aren't very many rules to remember.
